Privacy notice

Crew Cloud stores account and organization data, billing and usage records, Node and repository metadata, work instructions, tool results, audit and delivery evidence, and operational logs needed to provide and secure the service.

Repository clones and Git credentials remain on your Crew Node. Requested source excerpts, diffs, command output, repository metadata, and tool results travel through Crew Cloud and may be sent to our configured model provider to perform work.

Polar processes checkout information; model providers process prompts and requested repository context; infrastructure providers process hosted service data. We retain records for operations, security, billing reconciliation, and legal obligations, and remove paid-beta data on verified request when no obligation requires retention.

Do not expose repositories containing data you are not authorized to process. Request access or deletion at team@bosun.sh.
