Paid-beta terms

Crew Cloud and Crew Node are beta software provided without uptime or outcome guarantees. You remain responsible for reviewing every change, maintaining backups, and deciding which repositories and credentials Crew Node may access.

Usage is prepaid. Model and service usage consumes Crew Credits as shown before and after work. Refunds and billing corrections follow the checkout provider records and applicable law.

You must not use Crew to violate law, third-party rights, repository policies, or service-provider terms. We may suspend abusive, unsafe, or unpaid usage.

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as-is and liability is limited to amounts you paid for Crew Cloud during the prior three months. Contact team@bosun.sh for paid-beta support.
